Jobseekers often are only interested in interviewing with companies they have heard of or where their friends are working. Am I capable of succeeding in this job?
Does the culture of the organization coincide with my cultures?
Do I really want this job?
Will I be able to reach my long-term goals with this company?
Does the job offer me the security I am seeking?
Will I be able to get along with my boss?
Will I be proud of the company I am working for?
Realistically, you will not always be able to find everything out about a job until you are in it for a while. However, if you take the time to think through these questions, you will increase your chances of success.
